Dry Van Company Driver (W-2) - West Des Moines, IA
HMD Trucking is hiring experienced Dry Van Company Drivers to operate OTR routes across the country. We offer strong mileage pay starting at 77 CPM Split, with weekly averages of around 5,000 miles. Bonuses for safe driving, clean inspections, referrals, and more are available.

Qualifications:
- Must have a valid CDL A license.
- At least 12 months of driving experience.
- Commitment to safety and customer service.
Requirements
- 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
- No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
- No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
- No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
- Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying

- Layover Pay: $100 for every 24 hours
- Orientation Pay: $150
