Are you a CDL-A driver looking for an OTR position with attractive pay and high-quality equipment? Home Time: Typically out for 1-2 weeks based on your location and freight. We aim for weekly home time, though 2-week stretches may occur. Our schedule runs from Monday through Saturday, allowing for a complete 34-hour reset every Sunday.

Equipment: Our fleet is well-maintained, with vehicles not older than three years, including Peterbilt 579s, International, and Freightliner models. All trucks are equipped with inverters, refrigerators, and Qualcomm systems. Drivers are allowed to take trucks and trailers home with secured parking responsibilities.

No Touch Freight: All dry van loads come with a 70% drop and hook operation, minimizing dock waiting times. We offer 100% no-touch freight, primarily consisting of automotive loads for efficient operations.

Pay and Miles: Earn an average of $1,350, $1,475, or $1,600 per week, depending on your hiring location, with weekly mileage ranging from 2,500 to 2,800 miles. Base rates are .45, .50, or .55 CPM, plus a $750 monthly performance bonus ($0.09 CPM) for achieving 8,000 safe miles monthly.

Running Area: Primarily east of I-35, with the potential to drive up to 3,000 miles weekly for dedicated drivers. Our consistent freight lanes ensure reliable mileage and earning opportunities.

Benefits: Health insurance begins on the first of the month following 60 days of employment. We also offer vision, dental, life insurance, and a 401K program. Dedicated accounts are available after 90 days.
