Home Time: Typically, drivers are out 1-2 weeks based on location and freight needs. We aim for weekly home time, although some two-week periods may happen. Our schedule runs Monday through Saturday, with a complete 34-hour reset every Sunday.

Equipment: Our well-maintained fleet is no older than three years, featuring models like Peterbilt 579, International, and Freightliner. All trucks come equipped with inverters, refrigerators, and Qualcomm systems, allowing drivers to take their truck and trailer home with secured parking responsibility.

No Touch Freight: All dry van loads are 100% no-touch freight, with 70% drop and hook operations that reduce dock waiting times. Our loads primarily consist of automotive freight for efficient operations.

Pay and Miles: You can expect to earn an average of $1,350, $1,475, or $1,600 each week based on your hiring location, driving 2,500-2,800 miles weekly. The base rate is .45, .50, or .55 CPM, plus a monthly performance bonus of $750 ($0.09 CPM) for achieving 8,000 safe miles.

Running Area: Primarily operating east of I-35, there’s potential for dedicated drivers to reach 3,000 miles per week, with consistent freight lanes ensuring stable mileage and earning potential.

Benefits: Health insurance starts on the first of the month after 60 days. Other benefits include vision, dental, life insurance, and a 401K plan. Dedicated accounts are available after 90 days.
