Home Time: Typically, drivers are out for 1-2 weeks at a time, depending on freight and location. We strive for weekly home time, though some may encounter 2-week periods. Our schedule runs Monday through Saturday, with a full 34-hour reset every Sunday.

Equipment: Our fleet is well-maintained and consists of trucks no older than three years, including Peterbilt 579s, International, and Freightliner models. All trucks are equipped with inverters, refrigerators, and Qualcomm systems. Drivers can take their truck and trailer home with secured parking responsibilities.

No Touch Freight: All dry van loads are no-touch freight, primarily consisting of automotive loads, with 70% drop and hook operations to reduce dock waiting times.

Pay and Miles: Earn an average weekly pay of $1,350, $1,475, or $1,600 based on hiring location, covering 2,500-2,800 miles weekly. The base pay is .45, .50, or .55 CPM, plus a $750 monthly performance bonus for achieving 8,000 safe miles.

Running Area: Our routes primarily operate east of I-35, with dedicated drivers having the potential for up to 3,000 miles per week. Consistent freight lanes ensure reliable mileage and earning potential.

Benefits: Health insurance starts the first of the month following 60 days of employment, with options for vision, dental, life insurance, and a 401K program available. Dedicated accounts become accessible after 90 days.
