Are you a CDL-A driver searching for an exciting OTR opportunity with great pay and reliable equipment? Home Time: Typically, you will be out for 1-2 weeks, depending on your location and available freight. We strive for weekly home time, though two-week periods may be necessary. Our schedule runs Monday through Saturday, with a full 34-hour reset every Sunday.

Equipment: Our fleet features modern trucks that are no older than three years, including Peterbilt 579s, International, and Freightliner models. Each truck comes with inverters, refrigerators, and Qualcomm systems, allowing drivers to take their truck and trailer home with secure parking responsibilities.

No Touch Freight: All dry van loads involve 70% drop and hook operations, significantly reducing dock waiting times. You will work exclusively with no-touch freight, primarily consisting of automotive loads for operational efficiency.

Pay and Miles: You can expect to earn an average of $1,350, $1,475, or $1,600 weekly based on your hiring location, with miles ranging from 2,500 to 2,800 per week. The base rate is .45, .50, or .55 CPM, along with a monthly performance bonus of $750 ($0.09 CPM) for maintaining 8,000 safe miles each month.

Running Area: Primarily, our routes are east of I-35, with dedicated drivers having the potential to cover up to 3,000 miles weekly. Our consistent freight lanes ensure reliable mileage and earning potential.

Benefits: Health insurance starts on the first of the month following 60 days of employment. We also offer vision, dental, life insurance, and a 401K program. After 90 days, drivers are eligible for dedicated accounts.
