Home Time: Typically, drivers are on the road for 1-2 weeks, depending on location and freight. We strive for weekly home time, although two-week periods may occur. The schedule runs Monday through Saturday, allowing for a full 34-hour reset every Sunday.

Equipment: Our fleet consists of well-maintained trucks no older than three years, including Peterbilt 579s, International, and Freightliner models. Each truck is equipped with inverters, refrigerators, and Qualcomm systems. Drivers have the option to take their truck and trailer home, with secured parking responsibilities.

No Touch Freight: All dry van loads are handled with 70% drop and hook operations, minimizing dock waiting times. Our freight is 100% no-touch, primarily consisting of automotive loads for efficient operations.

Pay and Miles: Anticipate an average weekly income of $1,350, $1,475, or $1,600 based on your hiring location, with 2,500-2,800 miles driven weekly. The base pay ranges from .45 to .55 CPM, along with a $750 monthly performance bonus for achieving 8,000 safe miles each month.

Running Area: Our routes primarily operate east of I-35, with dedicated drivers having the potential to drive up to 3,000 miles per week. Consistent freight lanes ensure reliable mileage and earning opportunities.

Benefits: Health insurance starts on the first of the month following 60 days of employment. We also provide vision, dental, life insurance, and a 401K program. After 90 days, drivers can become eligible for dedicated accounts.
