Home Time: Typically out for 1-2 weeks based on location and freight. We strive for weekly home time, but 2-week periods may occur. Our schedule runs Monday through Saturday, with a full 34-hour reset every Sunday.

Equipment: Our fleet is well-maintained and no older than three years, featuring Peterbilt 579s, International, and Freightliner models. All trucks are equipped with inverters, refrigerators, and Qualcomm systems. Drivers can take their trucks and trailers home with secured parking responsibility.

No Touch Freight: All dry van loads feature 70% drop-and-hook operations, minimizing dock waiting time. We ensure 100% no-touch freight, primarily consisting of automotive loads for efficient operations.

Pay and Miles: Drivers can expect to earn an average of $1,350, $1,475, or $1,600 per week based on hiring location, with weekly mileages of 2,500-2,800 miles. The base pay rate is .45, .50, or .55 CPM, plus a $750 monthly performance bonus ($0.09 CPM) for achieving 8,000 safe miles monthly.

Running Area: Our routes are primarily located east of I-35, allowing dedicated drivers to cover up to 3,000 miles weekly. Consistent freight lanes ensure reliable mileage and earning potential.

Benefits: Health insurance starts on the first of the month following 60 days. We also offer vision, dental, life insurance, and a 401K program. After 90 days, drivers become eligible for dedicated accounts.
