Home Time: Typically, our drivers are out for 1-2 weeks, depending on location and freight. We strive for weekly home time, but some two-week periods may occur. Our schedule runs Monday through Saturday, ensuring a full 34-hour reset every Sunday.

Equipment: Our fleet consists of trucks no older than three years, including Peterbilt 579s, International, and Freightliner models. All trucks are equipped with inverters, refrigerators, and Qualcomm systems, and drivers can take their truck and trailer home with secured parking responsibilities.

No Touch Freight: Enjoy a 100% no-touch freight operation, primarily consisting of automotive loads with 70% drop and hook operations to minimize dock wait times.

Pay and Miles: You can expect to earn an average of $1,350, $1,475, or $1,600 weekly, depending on your hiring location, with 2,500-2,800 miles driven each week. The base rates range from .45 to .55 CPM, plus a monthly performance bonus of $750 ($0.09 CPM) for achieving 8,000 safe miles monthly.

Running Area: Our routes are primarily east of I-35, with dedicated drivers having the potential to reach up to 3,000 miles weekly. Consistent freight lanes guarantee reliable mileage and earning potential.

Benefits: Health insurance starts on the first of the month following 60 days. We also offer vision, dental, life insurance, and a 401K program. After 90 days, drivers may be eligible for dedicated accounts.
