Dry Van Company Driver (W-2) - Wilmot, SD
HMD Trucking is hiring skilled OTR Team CDL A Dry Van Drivers to run freight across the nation. We offer strong mileage pay starting at 77 CPM Split, with weekly averages around 5,000 miles and bonuses for safe driving, clean inspections, referrals, and more.
What We Provide:
- Access to modern trucks that are less than 3 years old, featuring APUs, inverters, and comfortable sleepers.
- Dependable in-house maintenance support.
- Home every three weeks for personal time.

Qualifications:
- Must possess a valid CDL A license.
- Minimum of 12 months of driving experience required.

Requirements
- 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
- No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
- No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
- No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
- Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying

- +$0.05 CPM Safety & productivity bonus split

- Layover Pay: $100 for every 24 hours
- Orientation Pay: $150
