Home Time: Typically, our drivers are out for 1-2 weeks depending on location and freight. We strive for weekly home time, but two-week periods may occur. Our schedule runs from Monday to Saturday, with a full 34-hour reset every Sunday.

Equipment: Our fleet consists of well-maintained trucks that are no older than three years, including Peterbilt 579s, International, and Freightliner models. All trucks are equipped with inverters, refrigerators, and Qualcomm systems. Drivers can take their truck and trailer home, with secured parking responsibilities.

No Touch Freight: We operate exclusively with dry van loads, using 70% drop and hook operations to minimize dock waiting times. All freight is 100% no-touch, primarily consisting of automotive loads for efficient operations.

Pay and Miles: Expect an average weekly earning of $1,350, $1,475, or $1,600 based on your hiring location, with weekly mileage ranging from 2,500 to 2,800. The base pay rate is .45, .50, or .55 CPM, plus a $750 monthly performance bonus ($0.09 CPM) for achieving 8,000 safe miles monthly.

Running Area: Our routes primarily operate east of I-35, with dedicated drivers achieving up to 3,000 miles per week. Consistent freight lanes ensure reliable mileage and earning potential.

Benefits: Health insurance begins on the first of the month following 60 days of employment. Additional benefits include vision, dental, life insurance, and a 401K program. Drivers qualify for dedicated accounts after 90 days.
