Requirements
- 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
- No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
- No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
- No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
- Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying

Drive nationwide dry van freight for HMD Trucking while based in the Yonkers, NY region. This solo OTR position provides competitive pay starting at 65 CPM, weekly averages near 2,500 miles, and incentive bonuses for safe driving and clean inspections. Home every two weeks and backed by a team that emphasizes driver safety and reliability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate dry van tractor‑trailers over long‑haul routes and handle load securement.
- Complete pre/post-trip inspections, accurate logs, and delivery documentation.
- Maintain communication with dispatch to ensure schedule adherence.
Requirements & Perks:
- CDL‑A required with a minimum of 12 months verifiable experience.
- Fleet of modern trucks (<3 years) featuring APUs, inverters, sleepers, plus in‑house maintenance and full benefits including health, dental, vision, PTO and 401(k).
