Dry Van Company Driver (W2) - York, PA

Are you a CDL-A driver seeking a fulfilling role with excellent compensation and modern equipment? At American Trucking Group, we offer W2 positions for our dry van routes across all 48 states, providing substantial earning potential. Home Time:

3-4 weeks on the road, followed by 4-5 days at home, ensuring a balance between earning and quality family time.

Equipment:

Operate our fleet of 2021 or newer Freightliner Cascadia trucks, equipped with diesel APU, inverters, mini fridges, and TV mounts for your comfort during long hauls.

No Touch Freight:

Benefit from 100% no-touch freight operations across all states, including specialized routes on the East Coast and in the Pacific Northwest.

Pay and Miles:

Earn between $1,600 and $1,800 weekly, with a pay rate of $0.60 CPM and $50 stop pay. A $1,500 sign-on bonus is available, paid at $150 weekly for the first 10 weeks, plus a 10% profit share bonus at year-end.

Running Area:

Covering all 48 states, with diverse dry van freight opportunities to maximize your earnings.

Benefits:

This W2 independent contractor position includes a passenger policy for those over 18 at no cost and a pet policy with a $500 refundable deposit based on the truck condition upon return.
