Home Time: Drivers are typically out for 1-2 weeks, depending on the location and freight. We aim for weekly home time but occasionally have 2-week periods. Our schedules run Monday through Saturday, allowing for a full 34-hour reset every Sunday.

Equipment: We maintain a top-tier fleet, with vehicles no older than three years, including Peterbilt 579s, International, and Freightliner models. All trucks feature inverters, refrigerators, and Qualcomm systems. Drivers are permitted to take their truck and trailer home with secure parking responsibility.

No Touch Freight: All dry van loads consist of 70% drop and hook operations, which significantly reduces dock waiting time. Enjoy 100% no-touch freight, primarily made up of automotive loads for streamlined operations.

Pay and Miles: Average earnings range from $1,350, $1,475, or $1,600 per week, based on your hiring location, with weekly mileage between 2,500-2,800 miles. The base rate is .45, .50, or .55 CPM, plus a monthly performance bonus of $750 ($0.09 CPM) for reaching 8,000 safe miles monthly.

Running Area: Our routes are primarily east of I-35, with dedicated drivers having the potential to cover up to 3,000 miles weekly. Consistent freight lanes provide reliable mileage and earning opportunities.

Benefits: Health insurance coverage starts the first month after a 60-day waiting period. Additional benefits include vision, dental, life insurance, and a 401K program. Drivers can qualify for dedicated accounts after 90 days.
