Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of CDL-A experience
  • No more than two moving violations (last 3 years)
  • No more than one accident (last 3 years)
  • No more than 3 job changes per year
  • No positive drug results in the past - no refusal
  • Medical card

Eclectic Logistics champions driver success by blending modern equipment with proactive support. As a Lease-Purchase driver in Bayonne, NJ, you’ll work toward full ownership in 12 months while capturing up to 80% of gross revenue.

Your day-to-day involves hauling dry-van freight across regional lanes in premium Peterbilt, Kenworth and Freightliner tractors, ensuring punctual and safe deliveries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate and maintain assigned dry van tractor-trailers
  • Plan efficient routes and comply with DOT regulations
  • Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections
  • Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers
