Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of CDL-A experience
  • No more than two moving violations (last 3 years)
  • No more than one accident (last 3 years)
  • No more than 3 job changes per year
  • No positive drug results in the past - no refusal
  • Medical card

Eclectic Logistics invites Fort Wayne, IN drivers to join our lease-to-own program and become owner-operators within 12 months. Pilot 2019–2020 Peterbilt, Kenworth, and Freightliner dry vans while earning up to 80% of gross.
