Requirements
- 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
- No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
- No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
- No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
- Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying
- 45 days as a company driver is required for all truck payment options.

Daily Role:
- Execute long-haul OTR dry van deliveries safely
- Conduct DOT-compliant pre- and post-trip inspections
- Maintain precise electronic logs and shipment records
- Ensure professional customer interactions throughout
Driver Requirements:
- 1+ year verifiable OTR CDL A experience
- No serious driving violations within the last 12 months
- Completion of 45 days with HMD Trucking as company driver
- Pet and rider programs available
