As a Lease-Purchase driver, you can pursue ownership within one year and earn up to 80% of gross. You'll operate quality 2019-2020 Peterbilt, Kenworth, and Freightliner trucks. Our lease terms are straightforward: no credit check, no down payment, and no balloon payment, making ownership attainable.

Your Responsibilities:

• Operate dry van equipment safely and deliver freight efficiently.
• Perform thorough pre- and post-trip inspections and report maintenance concerns.
• Comply with all federal, state, and local regulations, including hours-of-service rules.
• Keep accurate logs and delivery paperwork and maintain regular communication with dispatch.

Requirements:

• Valid CDL-A and applicable endorsements.
• Minimum 1 year of verifiable tractor-trailer driving experience.
• Clean driving record and DOT compliance.
