Requirements
- 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
- No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
- No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
- No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
- Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying
- 45 days as a company driver is required for all truck payment options.

Join HMD Trucking’s lease purchase program for OTR CDL A drivers in Reading, PA.
Drive modern, low-mileage dry vans on regional and national routes while advancing toward full ownership without credit checks or rigid upfront costs.
What You’ll Do:
- Operate assigned dry van equipment on scheduled OTR lanes
- Comply with FMCSA regulations and company safety standards
- Coordinate deliveries and maintain accurate logs
Requirements:
- CDL A license with 1+ year verifiable OTR experience
- No serious violations in the past year
- Minimum 45 days as an HMD company driver
