Requirements
- 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
- 6 months of flatbed experience
- No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
- No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
- No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
- Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying

- CPM $0.70 base + $0.10 CPM safety/productivity bonus

- Empty Miles: Paid at the same CPM as loaded miles (company drivers only)
- Extra Stops: $50 per additional stop
- Detention Pay: $25 per hour after the first 2 hours
- Layover Pay: $175 for every 24 hours
- Orientation Pay: $150

Drive equipped trucks featuring sleeper cabs, APUs, inverters and removable rider seats, all supported by in-house maintenance.
Role Highlights:
- Deliver flatbed freight nationwide
- Follow federal and state safety protocols
- Log and document each load accurately
Candidates need a Class A CDL and a minimum of 12 months OTR flatbed experience.
