Flatbed Company Driver (W-2) - Barling, AR
HMD Trucking is hiring experienced OTR Solo CDL A Flatbed Drivers in Barling, AR, to haul freight across the nation. We offer strong mileage pay starting at $0.65 per mile, plus performance bonuses (+$0.05 CPM for safety/productivity) and a $2,500 sign-on bonus.

- Payment for every haul, whether tarped or not.

Qualifications:
- Must have a Class A CDL.
- At least 12 months of OTR flatbed driving experience required.

Requirements
- 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
- 6 months of flatbed experience
- No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
- No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
- No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
- Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying

- CPM $0.65 base + $0.5 CPM safety/productivity bonus
- Home time: 2 weeks out, 2 nights home

- Extra Stops: $50 per additional stop
- Detention Pay: $15 per hour after the first 2 hours
- Layover Pay: $100 for every 24 hours
- Orientation Pay: $150
