Requirements

  • 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
  • 6 months of flatbed experience
  • No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
  • No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
  • No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
  • Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying

  • Layover Pay: $175 for every 24 hours
  • Orientation Pay: $150

Vacancy Description

Partner with HMD Trucking’s flatbed division to move freight cross-country in top-tier equipment and predictable routes.

What We Provide:

  • Starting pay at $0.70/mi plus up to $0.10/mi bonus pay
  • $5,000 sign-on bonus and haul-based compensation
  • Late-model trucks featuring APUs, inverters, sleeper cabs, rider seats

Key Responsibilities:

  • Secure loads and manage tarping on flatbeds
  • Maintain logs and meet safety requirements
