Flatbed Company Driver W2 Truck Driving Jobs In Carpenter, IA
HMD Trucking is looking for experienced OTR Solo CDL A Flatbed Drivers to haul freight nationwide. Our mileage pay starts at an impressive $0.65 per mile, along with performance bonuses of $0.05 CPM based on your safety and productivity, and a $2,500 sign-on bonus.
Drivers will operate from a fleet of over 500 modern trucks that include:
- APUs for better comfort
- Inverters
- Spacious sleeper cabs
- Removable rider seats
- Full support from our in-house maintenance team
You’ll be compensated for every haul (tarped or not) and enjoy regular home time. Our benefits package includes health, dental, vision, PTO, and a 401(k).
If you possess a Class A CDL and have at least 12 months of OTR flatbed experience, join HMD Trucking for competitive pay, dependable freight, and a supportive team focused on safety and success.
Requirements
- 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
- 6 months of flatbed experience
- No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
- No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
- No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
- Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying
