Requirements
- 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
- 6 months of flatbed experience
- No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
- No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
- No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
- Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying

- Empty Miles: Paid at the same CPM as loaded miles (company drivers only)
- Extra Stops: $50 per additional stop
- Detention Pay: $25 per hour after the first 2 hours
- Layover Pay: $175 for every 24 hours
- Orientation Pay: $150
Vacancy Description
At HMD Trucking in Cincinnati, OH, you'll tackle OTR flatbed assignments nationwide, utilizing your Class A CDL and minimum one year of flatbed experience.
Key Duties:
- Secure and transport flatbed freight across state lines
- Perform pre-trip inspections and complete accurate logs
- Comply with DOT regulations and company safety protocols
Our 500+ vehicle fleet features sleeper cabs, APUs, inverters, removable rider seats, and full in-house maintenance support. Enjoy strong pay starting at $0.70/mile plus performance bonuses, regular home time, health benefits, PTO, and a $5,000 sign-on bonus.
