Flatbed Company Driver W2 Truck Driving Jobs - Cleveland, OH
Join HMD Trucking as we seek skilled OTR Solo CDL A Flatbed Drivers to haul freight across the nation. We offer strong mileage pay starting at $0.65 per mile, performance bonuses of +$0.05 CPM for safety and productivity, and a $2,500 sign-on bonus!
Drivers will enjoy driving modern trucks from our fleet of over 500 vehicles, which include:
- APUs for comfort

You’ll be paid for every haul, whether you tarp or not, experience regular home time, and receive full benefits including:

If you have a Class A CDL and a minimum of 12 months of OTR flatbed experience, join HMD for competitive pay, reliable freight, and a driver-focused team that values your safety and success.
Requirements
- 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
- 6 months of flatbed experience
- No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
- No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
- No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
- Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying
