Flatbed Company Driver W2 Truck Driving Jobs - Conway, AR
Join the HMD Trucking team as we search for experienced OTR Solo CDL A Flatbed Drivers to haul freight nationwide. We offer competitive mileage pay starting at $0.65 per mile, performance bonuses (+$0.05 CPM for safety/productivity), and a signing bonus of $2,500.

Qualifications:
- Must possess a valid Class A CDL.
- A minimum of 12 months of OTR flatbed experience is required.

Requirements
- 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
- 6 months of flatbed experience
- No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
- No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
- No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
- Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying

- Layover Pay: $100 for every 24 hours
- Orientation Pay: $150
