Flatbed Company Driver W2 - Dover, DE
DBS Laredo is seeking skilled Solo CDL A drivers for our flatbed fleet in Dover. We provide steady freight, attractive compensation, and reliable home time, ensuring our drivers feel valued and supported.
Your Responsibilities:
- Safely deliver flatbed freight to designated locations.
- Comply with all local, state, and federal regulations.
- Maintain accurate trip logs and delivery documentation.
Requirements:
- Valid CDL-A required.
- At least 2 years of verified driving experience.
- A clean driving record with no significant violations.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of CDL-A experience
- Clean MVR/PSP
- No DUI or SAP violations
Benefits
- Freight: Flatbed
- Pay: $0.65 CPM
- Tarp pay per load: $50
- Stop Pay per extra stop: $25
- Home Time: Bi-weekly
