Requirements

  • 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
  • 6 months of flatbed experience
  • No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
  • No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
  • No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
  • Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying

  • Layover Pay: $175 for every 24 hours
  • Orientation Pay: $150

Step into a dedicated flatbed driver role out of Elyria, OH with HMD Trucking, operating OTR lanes coast to coast.

What You’ll Do:

  • Manage secure loading, tarping and unloading of flatbed freight
  • Navigate long-haul routes, ensuring timely deliveries and compliance
  • Perform pre-trip inspections and basic maintenance checks
