Flatbed Company Driver W2 - Fayetteville, AR
Join the DBS Laredo team as we seek experienced Solo CDL A drivers for our flatbed fleet in Fayetteville. We offer consistent freight, competitive pay, and reliable home time, ensuring our drivers feel valued and supported.
Key Duties:
- Transport flatbed loads safely and on time.
- Follow all traffic and safety regulations.
- Maintain accurate trip logs and delivery documentation.
Eligibility Requirements:
- Valid CDL A license required.
- Proven flatbed driving experience.
- Excellent driving record with a focus on safety.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of CDL-A experience
- Clean MVR/PSP
- No DUI or SAP violations
Benefits
- Freight: Flatbed
- Pay: $0.65 CPM
- Tarp pay per load: $50
- Stop Pay per extra stop: $25
- Home Time: Bi-weekly
- W2 contract with benefits
