Requirements

  • 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
  • 6 months of flatbed experience
  • No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
  • No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
  • No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
  • Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying

  • Detention Pay: $25 per hour after the first 2 hours
  • Layover Pay: $175 for every 24 hours
  • Orientation Pay: $150

Join HMD Trucking’s Framingham, MA fleet to haul flatbed freight across the U.S. with an emphasis on safety, reliability, and driver support.

Our 500+ modern tractors include APUs, inverters, sleeper cabs, removable rider seats, backed by robust in-house maintenance.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Manage OTR flatbed shipments on regional and national lanes
  • Properly tarp and secure a wide range of freight
  • Comply with FMCSA and company safety regulations
