Flatbed Company Driver W2 Truck Driving Jobs In Fruitland Park, FL
HMD Trucking is hiring qualified OTR Solo CDL A Flatbed Drivers to transport freight across the country. We provide strong mileage pay starting at $0.65 per mile, performance bonuses of $0.05 CPM for safety and productivity, and a $2,500 sign-on bonus.
Our fleet consists of over 500 modern trucks featuring:
- APUs, inverters, and comfortable sleeper cabs
- Removable rider seats and full in-house maintenance support
You'll be paid for every haul, whether you tarp or not, and enjoy regular home time. Our benefits include health, dental, vision, paid time off (PTO), and a 401(k) plan.

Requirements
- 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
- 6 months of flatbed experience
- No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
- No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
- No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
- Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying

- Layover Pay: $100 for every 24 hours
