Flatbed Company Driver W2 Truck Driving Jobs In Gardner, KS
HMD Trucking is recruiting experienced OTR Solo CDL A Flatbed Drivers to transport freight throughout the nation. We offer strong mileage pay starting at $0.65 per mile, as well as performance bonuses (+$0.05 CPM for safety/productivity) and a $2,500 sign-on bonus.
As a member of our team, you will drive modern trucks from our fleet of over 500 vehicles, equipped with:
- APUs for comfort and efficiency
- Inverters for your electronics
- Comfortable sleeper cabs
- Removable rider seats
- Comprehensive in-house maintenance support
You will be paid for every haul, whether you tarp or not, enjoy regular home time, and receive a full benefits package including:

Requirements
- 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
- 6 months of flatbed experience
- No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
- No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
- No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
- Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying
