Flatbed Company Driver W2 Truck Driving Jobs - Gary, IN
HMD Trucking invites experienced OTR Solo CDL A Flatbed Drivers to join our team in hauling freight across the nation. We provide robust mileage pay starting at $0.65 per mile, with added performance bonuses of +$0.05 CPM for safety and productivity, along with a $2,500 sign-on bonus.

- Modern trucks from our fleet of over 500 units, equipped with APUs, inverters, sleeper cabs, removable rider seats, and comprehensive in-house maintenance support.
- Payment for every haul, regardless of tarping.

Requirements
- 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
- 6 months of flatbed experience
- No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
- No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
- No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
- Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying

- Orientation Pay: $150
