Flatbed Company Driver W2 Truck Driving Jobs In Gulfport, MS
HMD Trucking is hiring experienced OTR Solo CDL A Flatbed Drivers to transport freight nationwide. We provide a strong mileage pay starting at $0.65 per mile, performance bonuses of +$0.05 CPM for safety and productivity, and a $2,500 sign-on bonus.
Drivers will enjoy access to our fleet of over 500 modern trucks equipped with:
- APUs for driver comfort
- Inverters for charging devices
- Sleeper cabs for long trips
- Removable rider seats for family or friends
- Comprehensive in-house maintenance support
You will be compensated for every haul, whether it requires tarping or not, and enjoy regular home time. Our benefits package includes health, dental, vision, PTO, and a 401(k).

Requirements
- 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
- 6 months of flatbed experience
- No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
- No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
- No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
- Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying
