Flatbed Company Driver W2 Truck Driving Jobs - Huntersville, NC
Join HMD Trucking as we seek experienced OTR Solo CDL A Flatbed Drivers to transport freight nationwide. We offer strong mileage pay starting at $0.65 per mile, performance bonuses of +$0.05 CPM for safety and productivity, and a $2,500 sign-on bonus!
Drivers will have access to our modern fleet of over 500 trucks, featuring:
- APUs for comfort
- Inverters for convenience
- Comfortable sleeper cabs
- Removable rider seats
- Comprehensive in-house maintenance support
You will be paid for every haul (tarp or not), enjoy regular home time, and receive full benefits including:

If you possess a Class A CDL and at least 12 months of OTR flatbed experience, consider joining HMD for competitive pay, dependable freight, and a team that values safety and success.
Requirements
- 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
- 6 months of flatbed experience
- No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
- No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
- No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
- Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying
