Flatbed Company Driver W2 - Independence, MO
DBS Laredo is looking for qualified Solo CDL A drivers to join our flatbed fleet in Independence. We offer steady freight, competitive compensation, and a supportive environment for our drivers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Safely transport flatbed loads to various locations.
- Comply with all safety and traffic regulations.
- Maintain detailed delivery and trip records.
Qualifications Required:
- Must possess a valid CDL A.
- Experience in flatbed driving preferred.
- Commitment to safety and excellent customer service.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of CDL-A experience
- Clean MVR/PSP
- No DUI or SAP violations
Benefits
- Freight: Flatbed
- Pay: $0.65 CPM
- Tarp pay per load: $50
- Stop Pay per extra stop: $25
- Home Time: Bi-weekly
- W2 contract with benefits
