Flatbed Company Driver W2 - Joliet, IL
DBS is actively recruiting skilled Solo CDL A drivers in Joliet for our flatbed fleet. We provide consistent freight and competitive pay while ensuring our drivers feel supported.
Your Responsibilities Will Include:
- Safely transporting flatbed loads to designated locations.
- Following all safety protocols and regulations.
- Keeping accurate delivery logs and documentation.
What We Require:
- A valid CDL A license.
- Experience with flatbed trucking.
- A strong commitment to safety practices.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of CDL-A experience
- Clean MVR/PSP
- No DUI or SAP violations
Benefits
- Freight: Flatbed
- Pay: $0.65 CPM
- Tarp pay per load: $50
- Stop Pay per extra stop: $25
- Home Time: Bi-weekly
- W2 contract with benefits
