Flatbed Company Driver W2 Truck Driving Jobs In Kansas City, MO
HMD Trucking is on the lookout for experienced OTR Solo CDL A Flatbed Drivers to transport freight nationwide. We offer strong mileage pay starting at $0.65 per mile, with performance bonuses of +$0.05 CPM for safety and productivity, and a $2,500 sign-on bonus.
Drivers will benefit from our fleet of over 500 modern trucks featuring:
- APUs for enhanced comfort
- Inverters for power supply
- Sleeper cabs for overnight trips
- Removable rider seats for companionship
- Comprehensive in-house maintenance support
You’ll receive payment for every haul, whether it involves tarping or not, and enjoy regular home time. Our full benefits package includes health, dental, vision, PTO, and a 401(k).
If you possess a Class A CDL and have at least 12 months of OTR flatbed experience, join HMD for competitive pay, dependable freight, and a driver-focused team that values your safety and success.
Requirements
- 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
- 6 months of flatbed experience
- No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
- No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
- No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
- Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying
