Flatbed Company Driver (W-2) - Lafayette, LA
HMD Trucking is on the lookout for experienced OTR Solo CDL A Flatbed Drivers to haul freight nationwide. We offer a strong starting pay of $0.65 per mile with the opportunity for performance bonuses of $0.05 CPM based on safety and productivity, alongside a $2,500 sign-on bonus.

- Access to a modern fleet of over 500 trucks, equipped with APUs, inverters, sleeper cabs, and removable rider seats, with full in-house maintenance support.
- Get paid for every haul, regardless of whether tarping is involved.

Qualifications:
- Class A CDL is a must.
- Minimum of 12 months OTR flatbed experience required.

Requirements
- 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
- 6 months of flatbed experience
- No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
- No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
- No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
- Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying
