Flatbed Company Driver W2 Truck Driving Jobs In Lake Butler, FL
HMD Trucking is hiring experienced OTR Solo CDL A Flatbed Drivers to haul freight across the country. We provide strong mileage pay starting at $0.65 per mile, along with performance bonuses (+$0.05 CPM for safety and productivity) and a $2,500 sign-on bonus.
Drivers will enjoy modern trucks from our extensive fleet, which includes:
- APUs for comfort during long hauls
- Inverters for electronic devices
- Sleeper cabs for extended trips
- Removable rider seats
- Full in-house maintenance support
You’ll be paid for every haul, whether it requires a tarp or not, and benefit from regular home time. Additionally, we offer a full suite of benefits including health, dental, vision, PTO, and a 401(k).

Requirements
- 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
- 6 months of flatbed experience
- No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
- No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
- No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
- Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying
