Flatbed Company Driver (W-2) - Lakewood, OH
HMD Trucking is actively hiring experienced OTR Solo CDL A Flatbed Drivers to haul freight nationwide. We offer strong mileage pay starting at $0.65 per mile, along with performance bonuses (+$0.05 CPM for safety/productivity) and a $2,500 sign-on bonus.

- Access to a fleet of over 500 modern trucks equipped with APUs, inverters, sleeper cabs, and removable rider seats.
- Complete in-house maintenance support.
- Compensation for every haul, regardless of tarping requirements.

Requirements:
- Valid Class A CDL.
- At least 12 months of OTR flatbed experience.
- A commitment to safety and a desire to succeed.
Requirements
- 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
- 6 months of flatbed experience
- No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
- No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
- No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
- Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying

- Layover Pay: $100 for every 24 hours
