Flatbed Company Driver W2 Truck Driving Jobs - Laredo, TX
HMD Trucking is currently hiring experienced OTR Solo CDL A Flatbed Drivers to haul freight across the nation. We offer competitive mileage pay starting at $0.65 per mile, along with performance bonuses of $0.05 CPM for safety and productivity, and a $2,500 sign-on bonus.
Our Offerings:
- Access to a fleet of over 500 modern trucks equipped with APUs, inverters, sleeper cabs, removable rider seats, and full in-house maintenance support.
- Payment for every haul, regardless of whether tarping is required.

Qualifications:
- Must hold a valid Class A CDL.
- Minimum of 12 months of OTR flatbed experience required.

Requirements
- 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
- 6 months of flatbed experience
- No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
- No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
- No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
- Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying

- Layover Pay: $100 for every 24 hours
- Orientation Pay: $150
