Requirements
- 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
- 6 months of flatbed experience
- No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
- No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
- No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
- Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying

- $5,000 sign-on bonus
- CPM $0.70 base + $0.10 CPM safety/productivity bonus
- Home time: 2 weeks out, 2 nights home

- Extra Stops: $50 per additional stop
- Detention Pay: $25 per hour after the first 2 hours
- Layover Pay: $175 for every 24 hours
- Orientation Pay: $150

- Drive sleeper-equipped tractors with APUs, inverters, and removable seats
- Secure and transport flatbed loads safely
- Follow all DOT, state, and company regulations
