Flatbed Company Driver (W-2) - New Bedford, MA
HMD Trucking is on the lookout for skilled OTR Solo CDL A Flatbed Drivers to transport freight across the nation. We offer attractive mileage compensation starting at $0.65 per mile, along with performance bonuses of +$0.05 CPM based on safety and productivity, plus a generous $2,500 sign-on bonus.

If you hold a Class A CDL and have a minimum of 12 months of OTR flatbed experience, consider joining HMD for competitive pay, reliable freight, and a team that truly values safety and success.
Requirements
- 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
- 6 months of flatbed experience
- No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
- No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
- No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
- Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying

- CPM $0.65 base + $0.5 CPM safety/productivity bonus
- Home time: 2 weeks out, 2 nights home

- Extra Stops: $50 per additional stop
- Detention Pay: $15 per hour after the first 2 hours
- Layover Pay: $100 for every 24 hours
- Orientation Pay: $150
