Flatbed Company Driver (W-2) - New Berlin, WI
Join HMD Trucking as we hire experienced OTR Solo CDL A Flatbed Drivers to haul freight nationwide. Our pay starts at $0.65 per mile, with performance bonuses (+$0.05 CPM for safety/productivity) and a $2,500 sign-on bonus.

- Access to our fleet of over 500 modern trucks equipped with APUs, inverters, sleeper cabs, and removable rider seats.
- Full support from our in-house maintenance team.
- Pay for every haul, whether tarping is required or not.

Requirements
- 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
- 6 months of flatbed experience
- No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
- No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
- No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
- Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying

- Layover Pay: $100 for every 24 hours
- Orientation Pay: $150
