Requirements

  • 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
  • 6 months of flatbed experience
  • No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
  • No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
  • No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
  • Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying

  • Layover Pay: $175 for every 24 hours
  • Orientation Pay: $150

Vacancy Description

Hit the road with HMD Trucking, operating solo flatbeds on coast-to-coast OTR lanes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Secure and transport diverse freight safely
  • Maintain accurate logs and compliance with DOT rules
  • Communicate effectively with dispatch and terminals

You’ll run in modern sleeper cabs with APUs, inverters, and removable rider seats from our 500+ vehicle fleet. Benefit from strong mileage pay plus safety/productivity boosts, regular home time, and full health, dental, vision, PTO, and 401(k) coverage.
