Flatbed Company Driver (W2) - Newark, NJ
DBS Laredo is seeking experienced Solo CDL A drivers to become part of our flatbed team. We provide a steady flow of freight, appealing pay structures, and dependable home time, all while ensuring our drivers feel valued and supported.
Key Responsibilities:
- Safely transport flatbed freight to designated locations.
- Follow all applicable federal, state, and local traffic regulations.
- Keep accurate records of deliveries and trips.
Requirements:
- Valid CDL A license.
- Previous experience in flatbed driving is preferred.
- Strong commitment to safety and professionalism.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of CDL-A experience
- Clean MVR/PSP
- No DUI or SAP violations
Benefits
- Freight: Flatbed
- Pay: $0.65 CPM
- Tarp pay per load: $50
- Stop Pay per extra stop: $25
- Home Time: Bi-weekly
- W2 contract with benefits
