Flatbed Company Driver W2 Truck Driving Jobs In Odessa, FL
HMD Trucking is on the lookout for skilled OTR Solo CDL A Flatbed Drivers to transport freight nationwide. We offer attractive mileage pay starting at $0.65 per mile, with performance bonuses of an additional $0.05 CPM for safety and productivity, plus a $2,500 sign-on bonus.

You'll be compensated for every haul, whether tarping is required or not, and enjoy regular home time. Additionally, we provide comprehensive benefits including health, dental, vision, PTO, and a 401(k) plan.

Requirements
- 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
- 6 months of flatbed experience
- No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
- No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
- No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
- Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying
