Flatbed Company Driver W2 Truck Driving Jobs - Olathe, KS
DBS Laredo is actively seeking experienced Solo CDL A drivers to join our flatbed fleet in Olathe. We pride ourselves on providing steady freight, competitive wages, and ensuring our drivers get the home time they deserve while feeling appreciated and supported.
Key Duties:
- Safely deliver flatbed loads to various locations.
- Follow all safety protocols and traffic laws.
- Keep detailed records of trips and vehicle maintenance.
Qualifications:
- Must have a valid CDL A license.
- Experience driving flatbed trucks is a plus.
- Strong focus on safety and professionalism.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of CDL-A experience
- Clean MVR/PSP
- No DUI or SAP violations
Benefits
- Freight: Flatbed
- Pay: $0.65 CPM
- Tarp pay per load: $50
- Stop Pay per extra stop: $25
- Home Time: Bi-weekly
- W2 contract with benefits
