Flatbed Company Driver W2 Truck Driving Jobs - Olathe, KS
HMD Trucking is in search of experienced OTR Solo CDL A Flatbed Drivers to haul freight nationwide. We offer competitive mileage pay starting at $0.65 per mile, with performance bonuses that can provide an additional $0.05 CPM for safety and productivity, and a $2,500 sign-on bonus.
Drivers will enjoy our fleet of over 500 modern trucks equipped with:
- APUs and inverters
- Comfortable sleeper cabs
- Removable rider seats
- Comprehensive in-house maintenance support
You will be compensated for every haul, whether tarping is required or not, enjoy regular home time, and have access to a full benefits package, including health, dental, vision, PTO, and a 401(k).

Requirements
- 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
- 6 months of flatbed experience
- No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
- No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
- No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
- Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying
