Flatbed Company Driver W2 Truck Driving Jobs In Overbrook, KS
HMD Trucking is hiring seasoned OTR Solo CDL A Flatbed Drivers to transport freight across the country. We provide strong mileage compensation starting at $0.65 per mile, along with performance bonuses (+$0.05 CPM for safety and productivity) and a $2,500 sign-on bonus.
As a driver with us, you'll operate modern trucks from our fleet of over 500, equipped with:
- APUs for comfort during long hauls
- Inverters for electronics
- Spacious sleeper cabs
- Removable rider seats
- Comprehensive in-house maintenance support
You will be paid for every haul, whether you tarp or not, enjoy regular home time, and receive a full benefits package including:

If you hold a Class A CDL and have at least 12 months of OTR flatbed experience, join HMD for competitive pay, reliable freight, and a team dedicated to your safety and success.
Requirements
- 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
- 6 months of flatbed experience
- No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
- No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
- No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
- Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying
